The England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) announced the unveiling of the Tendulkar-Anderson Trophy. The board said that Pataudi's legacy will not be harmed. Pataudi Medal will be handed over to the captain of the team winning this series.



The five-match Test series to be played between India and England will now be played for the Tendulkar-Anderson Trophy. Earlier this series was played for the Pataudi Trophy. India-England Test series will be known as Tendulkar-Anderson Trophy
The Test series played between India and England will be named Tendulkar-Anderson Trophy. Earlier this series played between the two teams was known as the Padauti Trophy. The Test series between England and India was played for the Pataudi Trophy. It was named after Iftikhar Ali Khan Pataudi and his son Mansoor Ali Khan Pataudi. In March, the ECB wrote to the Pataudi family that they wanted to retire the trophy. However, now it has been renamed as Tendulkar-Anderson Trophy.

India vs England Test Series Schedule
The Indian team is on a tour of England for a five-match Test series. The first Test of this series will be played in Leeds from June 20. At the same time, the second Test will be played in Birmingham from July 2. The third Test will be played at Lord's from July 10, while the fourth Test will be played in Manchester from July 23. The fifth Test will be played at the Oval in London from July 31.
